We maintain one of Arizona's largest inventories of recycled pallets in every grade and size. Need pallets? We have them. Have too many? We will buy them from you at fair market prices.
Understanding Pallet Grades
Not every application demands a brand-new pallet. Our grading system helps you select the right quality level for your specific needs, so you never overpay.
Grade A pallets are in excellent condition with minimal cosmetic wear. All boards are intact, stringers are solid, and the pallet is structurally sound for heavy-duty use. These pallets have typically been used only once or twice and show little to no damage.
Ideal For:
International shipping, food & beverage, retail display, pharmaceutical, automated racking systems.
- ✓All boards intact — no cracks or splits
- ✓Clean appearance with minimal staining
- ✓Full load-bearing capacity
- ✓Compatible with automated handling systems
Grade B pallets show moderate wear but remain fully functional. They may have minor cosmetic issues such as light staining, small repairs, or slight board discoloration. Structurally, they are sound and capable of handling standard loads without issue.
Ideal For:
Warehouse storage, domestic shipping, manufacturing, general distribution.
- ✓Structurally sound with minor cosmetic wear
- ✓May have one or two repaired boards
- ✓Full load-bearing capacity for standard use
- ✓Most popular grade for cost-conscious buyers
Grade C pallets are the most affordable option. They may show significant wear, multiple repaired boards, or cosmetic imperfections. Despite their appearance, every Grade C pallet in our inventory is structurally inspected and cleared for use in standard applications.
Ideal For:
One-way shipping, internal warehouse use, non-consumer-facing applications, temporary storage.
- ✓Multiple repaired or replaced boards
- ✓Visible wear and cosmetic imperfections
- ✓Structurally inspected and approved
- ✓Lowest cost per pallet available

6-Step Process to Sell Your Pallets
Selling your surplus pallets is simple. Here is exactly how the process works from first contact to payment in your account.
Understanding Pallet Market Conditions
Pallet prices are influenced by a complex set of market factors that cause both buying and selling prices to fluctuate throughout the year. Understanding these dynamics helps you time your purchases and sales for maximum advantage.
The single biggest driver of pallet prices is the cost of raw lumber. When lumber prices rise due to supply constraints, wildfire damage, tariffs, or increased construction demand, new pallet prices increase and recycled pallet values follow. When lumber prices fall, the opposite occurs. This correlation means that recycled pallets consistently offer savings relative to new, but the absolute price point moves with the market.
Regional supply and demand also plays a major role. Arizona is a net pallet importer — meaning more pallets flow into the state (carrying inbound goods) than flow out. This creates a consistent supply of used pallets and helps keep recycled pallet prices competitive. However, during peak shipping seasons, demand for quality recycled pallets can temporarily outpace supply, pushing prices upward.
How Pricing Changes Throughout the Year
Q1 (January - March)
Moderate DemandPost-holiday slowdown in shipping reduces demand for pallets. Prices tend to be at their lowest during this period. This is often the best time to buy in bulk and stockpile inventory for the busy season ahead.
Q2 (April - June)
Rising DemandShipping volumes pick up as spring and summer product cycles begin. Demand for quality pallets increases steadily. Prices begin rising, especially for Grade A and heat-treated pallets needed for export.
Q3 (July - September)
Peak DemandThe busiest shipping quarter as businesses build inventory for the holiday season. Pallet demand peaks. Prices are typically at their highest. Pre-ordering and locking in supply agreements is strongly recommended.
Q4 (October - December)
High Then DecliningEarly Q4 remains strong as holiday shipping peaks. By late November and December, demand begins tapering off as most holiday goods have shipped. Buyback prices may increase as returns generate surplus pallets.
Flexible Payment Options

Buy & Sell Pallets FAQ
What is the minimum order for buying pallets?
There is no strict minimum order. We sell as few as 20 pallets for small projects and as many as 10,000 or more for large operations. However, volume discounts begin at 100 pallets, and free delivery kicks in at 500 pallets. For orders under 50 pallets, will-call pickup from our Goodyear facility is often the most economical option.
Can I mix grades and sizes in a single order?
Absolutely. Many customers order a mix of grades depending on their application — Grade A for customer-facing shipments and Grade C for internal warehouse use, for example. We can accommodate mixed orders of any combination of sizes and grades. Each line item is priced according to its specific grade and size.
How do you determine the buyback price for my pallets?
Buyback prices are based on four primary factors: current lumber market conditions, pallet size and type, physical condition, and quantity. Standard 48x40 GMA pallets in good condition command the best prices. We evaluate each load individually and provide a transparent quote before committing to a pickup.
Do I need to sort my pallets before you pick them up?
No. We accept mixed loads of various sizes, grades, and conditions. Our team handles all sorting at our facility. If your pallets are already sorted, that can sometimes result in a slightly higher buyback price since it reduces our processing time, but sorting is never required on your end.
How fast can I get pallets delivered?
For in-stock items within the Phoenix metro area, we offer next-business-day delivery on orders placed before 2:00 PM. Same-day rush delivery is available subject to fleet availability and may carry a surcharge. For extended service areas, delivery is typically scheduled within 3-5 business days.
Can I set up a recurring purchase agreement?
Yes. Recurring purchase agreements are available for customers with predictable ongoing pallet needs. We lock in a per-pallet price for an agreed period (typically quarterly), guarantee supply availability, and schedule automatic deliveries according to your preferred cadence. This eliminates the need to place individual orders.
What happens if I receive pallets that do not meet the grade I ordered?
Quality is guaranteed on every order. If you receive pallets that do not match the grade specification you ordered, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace them at no cost. Our quality control process catches the vast majority of issues before delivery, but we stand behind our product if anything slips through.
Do you offer heat-treated or ISPM-15 certified pallets?
Yes. We maintain a dedicated inventory of heat-treated pallets that comply with ISPM-15 international shipping standards. These pallets carry verified HT stamps and are suitable for export shipments. Heat-treated pallets carry a $1-$2 per pallet surcharge over standard pricing for the corresponding grade.
